Even flight delay was managed well

Sorry for the delay in response I have actually been away on holidays.
 
Thanks for all your help on this project Muhammad really enjoyed the trip he had all positive feedback and was extremely grateful to have received this amazing opportunity.
 
Everything went smoothly except for the major delay but even that was managed well
 
Again I can’t thank you enough for your patience and guidance on this project the client was extremely pleased with how it ran so smoothly.

Good Afternoon Moko,
 
Rita and I would like to take this opportunity to say arigato gozaimasu  for your two hour session with us yesterday. We found it very educational and enjoyable and wish now that we had done something like that before our first trip to japan, not the fourth. 
 
You would make a very good teacher with your patience and the way you presented the program. The booklet will definitely be of some use and it will be good to try and communicate with Japanese folk with just a bit more than our usual hello and thank you in the Japanese language.
 
We don’t know the name of your Manager but feel welcome to show him/her this email. We think the initiative is a very good one and are sure it will benefit future travellers.   
 
Hope we didn’t keep you at work too late and once again, thank you for your time and effort.

They came into store to thank me, and I’d told them throughout the whole booking process that you were the best, so now they agree! They were super thankful, and very impressed with how smooth everything went, and your suggestions eg, sending on their luggage so they could take just overnight bags when needed.

Honeymoon to remember!

Hi Clement!

It was AMAZING!!!! Such a beautiful resort. All the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The food was superb! The services available at the resort were good too. You could have dinner in your PJ’s! I mean come on, how cool is that. Of course the highlight was the hot springs. The views were beautiful, and oh so relaxing!!! Ahhhhh…I’m imagining I am there now!! IF only huh!? Anyway as you can tell we loved it. Definitely the highlight of our trip. It was good that it was towards the end of our holiday too. It ensured that we were extra relaxed before coming home. I think 3 nights there is plenty too, any longer and you may get a little bored. But thats just me. I can’t sit still for long.

I wanted to THANK YOU very much for looking after the excellent seats and flights you arranged for both us on our trip to Costa Rica via USA.
The special seating allocation you booked for us was wonderful. We actually got Business Class on 2 of the American Airlines flights and on the other 2 AA Flights we got exit row seats with extra legroom.
Great Flights.. Great Seats… Thank you ! AND our Business Class JAL flights were all perfect as well. We upgraded using JAL points !

Dear Ms Hardy

I understand you are Eri Tamai’s manager.  I would like to bring your attention to the quality of the service Eri has provided me.

Eri has been assisting with my Japan travel plans.  As we will not be joining any guided tours, the itinerary has had to be put together from scratch.  The fact that this is my first trip to Japan also did not help.  However, Eri’s approach to the whole exercise has been exceptionally professional and dedicated.  Not only did she help us with the itinerary, she also assisted us with a number of things beyond her duty.  She certainly took the trouble away from me (which I greatly appreciate).

I have visited all your other competitors before settling with JTB.  I can say that none of the other consultants were as dedicated or knowledgeable as Eri.

I will have no hesitation in recommending Eri’s service to all my friends.  It is a credit to your organisation to have such a well experienced and dedicated staff member.
