Just letting you know that I received the paperwork yesterday.  I am very impressed with the professionalism of JTB (and you) with setting up the documents and the extra items they get.  Can I possibly trouble you to send me an attachment of just the JTB hotel docs please as some clients (not in Hobart) would like them emailed to them.  Cheers Takuma.

I just wanted to give you some feedback on your quotes. These quotes are the most thorough quotes i have ever seen in my 16 years at Flight Centre. They have given me the info needed to pass onto my clients, who I can say are totally excited by what you have put together. They are so detailed and well thought out and it shows how much knowledge and passion you have for Japan. You are doing an amazing job, and from someone who sometimes loses my enthusiasm for travel, you have made me so excited for my clients that now i want to go to japan.

Sad my trip is over…..

Sadly my trip is over but I just wanted to thank you for your very efficient service in providing our JR passes, tour tickets to Mt Fuji and Ghibli museum vouchers.   Sunrise Tours were great.  We look forward to our next trip to Japan and would certainly be using your service again.
