We felt very safe everywhere we went

Wednesday, September 28th, 2011
Dear Clement

We have just returned home from two month holiday in the Far East, South East Asia and the Northern Territory. We want to let you know that we really enjoyed Japan. Thanks to your organization of the itinerary and the instructions you gave, we were able to explore places by ourselves without problems. As you said, Japanese people are very courteous, helpful and honest. We felt very safe everywhere we went. Thanks to their good attitude and their dealings with visitors like us, we found Japan very pleasant and enjoyable despite very hot weather. We intend to visit Japan again in the future.

Once again, thank you for making it possible for us to visit Japan this time.

Regards

“WOW it was GREAT… We wished we were there again.

I hope they come out to Melbourne again, as we have many friends that now
wished they had gone with us.

Greg and I would NOT HESITATE to go again.

I think they should come out here longer and do all states, I am sure it
would be a great success.

THANK YOU again,

Cheers

We enjoyed everything about Japan

Thursday, September 15th, 2011
We enjoyed everything about Japan so beautiful and the people  wonderful and helpful at all times.

The JR PASS WAS THE WAY TO GO very easy to use compared to London Paris and Shanghai. We departed from Osaka to Tokyo stayed for a few hours returned on a earlier train as it was very hot no problem to change the ticket on the same day at short notice.

For mature clients Japan is a safe place to travel and it is much cheaper than here.

Food was interesting and the baking super equal to PARIS. Except the prices were again much less than here or Paris.

We cannot wait to return as the 8 days was a birds eye view.

When we return again we would use the JR PASS AND WOULD NOT DREAM OF USING ANYTHING ELSE. Plenty of English signage at the stations and on the trains . How I wish we have JR RAIL HERE.

We do a lot of travel and JAPAN HAS  IT ALL FOR YOUNG OR MATURE TRAVELLERS.

I would like to say how nice the ladies of Japan dress more English than the English at all times.

Thanking you

They could not have represented JTB any better than they did

Thursday, September 15th, 2011
Dear Olivia,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank yourself and JTB for a magnificent Tour through Central Honshu.
Please pass on my appreciation of the organisation and conduct of our Tour, to your principals, and I would especially like to mention the Ladies who looked after us whilst on Tour. Their demeanour and most pleasant outlook made travelling a pleasure and they could not have represented JTB any better than they did on our Tour.

Japan is a beautiful country and I can only hope that the number of tourists increase in the near future as there were no problems for us, in respect to the Tsunami, at any stage and although I am told there were a number of minor earthquakes in the Tokyo region whilst we were there, we did not feel them.

Once again thank you for your assistance in making our Tour, of a small part of Japan, an experience that will stay with us for a long, long time.

Kind Regards

Alan

I had the time of my life!

Friday, September 9th, 2011
Hi Noriko

I had an amazing time at both concerts! Concerts in Japan are definitely different to Australia!
I went to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and I had the time of my life!
It was sooooo hot!! Especially at the concerts!

Our tickets were ready for us at the hotel. To be honest we almost forgot to ask about them!!

In Osaka, the trains were quite hard, we ended up finding some people who were also going and they helped us to get there.
But in Tokyo the trains were alot easier.

The Springs Makuhari was actually quite nice! I didn’t really think of it much more then as a place to sleep, but I was surprised.
Not hugely English speaking though. and no minibar or room service.

I also really enjoyed the Kyoto Special Night …. I would highly recommend it.

I was very happy with my arrangements, I didn’t have a problem at all!
Thanks so much again :)  I will definitely use you guys in the future for Japan! :)

My Best Regards
Hayley

Just wanted to thank you all.

Hi Noriko,

Just wanted to thank you all. My passengers had a great trip and they are saying in last 20 years they haven’t had a trip like this. It was spot on!!!

I even got some handmade kimonos and sun umbrella (I hope I spelled it correctly).

Thanks again and I hope to deal with you in the future.

Cheers,
Gorica

Hello Yoshi,
I would like to thank you for help in arranging our trip to Japan.
Everything was excellent.
The hotels were all very close to train stations and very suitable.
We found the JR pass very convenient and easy to use.
We had a fantastic time which was made possible by your advice and organisation.
Angela will write to JTB herself to thank the company for sponsoring the Japan-Australia relations essay competition.
Kind regards,
Pauline
