Hiromi is an assett!

Good Morning Clement,

I am writing to praise Hiromi! I think our suppliers are always left out with good feedback so I am writing to you to let you know just how amazing Hiromi is!! I only started with the current agency under 2 years ago when I was a novice I found Hiromi and asked any time I needed help could I email her. Since then we have emailed and done some amazing bookings together. And any booking she prepares for me goes off without a hitch.

Our latest one together was for Elaine and they returned and said they had the best time. I was nervous as they were a elderly couple going around Japan by themselves. Everything went off perfectly. This is the best feeling ever. And they are heading back in October and guess who I will be contacting :)

She is an asset to your team and I frequently pass on her email to co workers and they too are impressed.

Good feedback should always be passed on. I know how happy I get when I get good feedback!

Yes, if I go again I will definitely go in autumn as I would love to see the coloured leaves and I also understand I would have a better chance of seeing Mount Fuji! I could have spent another week in Kyoto, I loved it there, and I also liked Kanazawa and we were only there the one night so that is another place I would go back to one day. Here I am with some cherry blossom near Tomomi’s house in Kanamachi!

Hi Paul

I didnt know who to email but I thought I would just ask you to pass on my feedback to the relevant parties :)

I had originally dealt with Tai in reservations who I know is no longer there, I emailed Clem and he has been extremely helpful.

He is extremely efficient and knowledgeable on almost all products, and he handles all of my requests with a great deal of friendliness (even when some of them may be excruciating for him to deal with!) His recommendations have been nothing but stellar.

He really deserves his role as the manager, and he needs to be commended on his work.

As I said, I don’t know who you will pass this info on to, but I have just been blown away by the quality of his service and I thought someone ought to praise him for it :)

we had the best time

We are writing to tell you how much we enjoyed our Japan Holiday with your company. The itinerary was well planned and organised and all the places we visited were very interesting. The hotels were comfortable and of a very good standard. The welcome and farewell dinners were very enjoyable and most generous. Special mention has to be made of Bethany who looked after us well and made sure everything went smoothly. Also, Ms Junko Ito was EXCELLENT in every respect. She was very informative, knowledgeable and answered all our questions honestly (especially when it came to WW2) and nothing was a problem. Please pass on our compliments to her.

Japan is a wonderful place to visit. Not only is it beautiful, it’s safe, has clean toilets and the food (Japanese) is cheap and delicious. There’s no tipping, and it’s so organised and everything runs well. For these reasons it is great for tourists. We had the BEST time, so thank you JTB and we would have no hesitation in recommending your company.

I have just returned form taking my Mum on a tour of Japan.

It has been Mum’s dream to go to Japan during the cherry blossom season for over 20 years. She had a wonderful time, we saw an photographed numerous blossoms and we thank you very much for your contribution to that.

We just wanted to say a very heartfelt thank you to you for all your directions and instructions, especially those for the trains.

Your directions made it so easy for us to find our way and all the Japanese people we met were also so very helpful ( even those without any english).

We can’t thank you enough, you’re doing a simply wonderful job.

Hi JTB team,

I just want to express my appreciation and thanks to Lily Sugyono.

I am flying out to Japan on Monday (in 3 days) and unfortunately I did not purchase a JR pass early enough – I was unaware that obtaining a pass was not something that can be done quickly.

I contacted other agents/companies who advised me that due to such late notice, there was no way I would be able to receive my JR pass before Monday. The fact that it is Easter long weekend definitely also made this more difficult

When I called JTB and explained my situation, Lily kindly emailed me the forms for me to fill out and had my JR passes ready to be picked up within 3 hours of initial contact!

She told me they would be ready by 4pm, but I was only able to get them picked up before 2pm – she took this into account and prioritised getting this processed.

Due to her commitment – all my needs were satisfied and I am a very happy customer indeed.
