I only opened the documents yesterday afternoon and I am very impressed at your thoughtfulness in including all of the additional literature for the students. I think this will be very much appreciated by my clients. You have been excellent and patient throughout this whole booking process and made it much easier for me than most suppliers could and it won’t be forgotten!

"Arigato" for Basic Japanese for Travellers

Good Afternoon Moko,
Rita and I would like to take this opportunity to say arigato gozaimasu  for your two hour session with us yesterday. We found it very educational and enjoyable and wish now that we had done something like that before our first trip to japan, not the fourth. 
You would make a very good teacher with your patience and the way you presented the program. The booklet will definitely be of some use and it will be good to try and communicate with Japanese folk with just a bit more than our usual hello and thank you in the Japanese language.
We don’t know the name of your Manager but feel welcome to show him/her this email. We think the initiative is a very good one and are sure it will benefit future travellers.   
Hope we didn’t keep you at work too late and once again, thank you for your time and effort.

They came into store to thank me, and I’d told them throughout the whole booking process that you were the best, so now they agree! They were super thankful, and very impressed with how smooth everything went, and your suggestions eg, sending on their luggage so they could take just overnight bags when needed.
They were super super happy all round – they said “please thank Clement, he did an awesome job” :-)
