We are so impressed by your high level of customer service.

Hi Olivia,

THANK YOU so much for your efforts on our behalf on our plans for a holiday in Japan. We are so impressed by your high level of customer service. You acted so promptly to each query we had. Firstly, you stepped in and helped with some changes we needed to make on our 1st attempt to travel back in November 2010, after Ichiro had gone on leave. Then, of course, you arranged the refund when we unexpectedly needed to cancel.

Jump to 2011 and we’re back again on a 2nd attempt, with travel due to start next week, before the terrible disaster hit Japan. Again, you arranged the refund after this cancellation. Working at a part of Qantas means that I work with many staff who travel a lot . . . I had several people very interested in hearing about our “experience” in Japan. I’m quite sure that they would have followed my plans and booked their Staff Travel, and then separately arranged the land content. I was asked several times who I had booked with and how was my experience. Olivia, I have no hesitation in recommending both you and JTB to any work friends who may wish to visit Japan in the future. It may be some time off, however, Richard, Genevieve and I absolutely still want to visit Japan.

Hey!

I haven’t once experience black out / food shortage or even train stopped. I have no idea where these incident occurs!? Def not Tokyo.
And I am so glad I wasn’t just doing Tokyo for 2 weeks – gosh! I liked the other city more!
Kyoto was too cool. It’s just the current world and the world in the movies back in the days which as a tourist you wanna see in one go! And the only thing that connects the 2 worlds was 1 bridge across to Gion and back to OPA shopping side.

We made the Welcome to Spring Kiyomizu lighting at night festival! It was sooo pretty!

I will continue to talk to Client about this Japan Holiday of theirs for another few weeks

Hello Tony,

I am writing to let you know how happy my wife and I are with JTB and especially Yuichi Tamura. We have worked with Yuichi and JTB for the last couple of overseas holidays and have always been impressed with his professionalism and responsiveness and that of JTB.

We leave tomorrow for our annual Europe and Japan holiday and Yuichi has been especially flexible given the tragic events in Japan. We look forward to using JTB and working with Yuichi for many years to come. It is not often excellent service is provided nowadays but we have always experienced this with Yuichi.
