Firstly, you stepped in and helped with some changes we needed to make on our 1st attempt to travel back in November 2010, after Ichiro had gone on leave. Then, of course, you arranged the refund when we unexpectedly needed to cancel.
Jump to 2011 and we’re back again on a 2nd attempt, with travel due to start next week, before the terrible disaster hit Japan. Again, you arranged the refund after this cancellation. Working at a part of Qantas means that I work with many staff who travel a lot . . . I had several people very interested in hearing about our “experience” in Japan. I’m quite sure that they would have followed my plans and booked their Staff Travel, and then separately arranged the land content. I was asked several times who I had booked with and how was my experience. Olivia, I have no hesitation in recommending both you and JTB to any work friends who may wish to visit Japan in the future. It may be some time off, however, Richard, Genevieve and I absolutely still want to visit Japan.
