This email is to first thank you sincerely for the brilliant planning you put into the trip. It went exceedingly well, even though the first two weeks were unusually wet. It didn’t stop us – it just meant a few more in-door things to find and do e:g museums which we might add, the Japanese do very well. And as expected, the flights on the first day left us tired. Hokkaido was quite cold and the weather really broke up about two days after we were back on Honshu. We considered ourselves lucky with that part of the trip.
Will write up comments on the hotels for you in coming days, but they all suited our purposes. Obviously they were of varying standard but their location and Staff helpfulness were really good. Will also provide some must do’s for some of your future customers.
And finally, yes! a little shudder on our last night in Tokyo was just a reminder as to where we were.
We will catch up in person soon, but as in previous years, your work and assistance with our trips has been of great comfort to us and greatly appreciated.
