You make me feel important

Hi Moko,

We’ve decided to change the JR passes we would like to order. We still want the 21 day JR Passes. However, we are looking at just getting 4 day JR East flexi passes for our time in Tokyo. But firstly we have to decide how many day trips out of Tokyo we want to do to decide if its worth getting 1 or 2 each. I’ll get back to you over the next couple of days.

I’d also like to add that I appreciate your follow up calls, makes me, as a customer, feel that I’m important to the company.

Memorable Ryokans

Just a short note to let you know that Phil and I had a fantastic time in Japan. Everything went smoothly. The rail travel was easy, especially as the people were so friendly and helpful. All of the accommodation was great, and in convenient locations. The ryokans were especially memorable. The first one in Takayama took a bit of getting used to because it was so different- we made lots of mistakes with shoes and baths but no one seemed to mind too much and it was a great experience. The second one in Miyajima was absolutely beautiful – huge room and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! (I think they may have changed our booking to a western style room). The food was also wonderful wherever we went, but the meals in the ryokans were particularly good (although at times a bit confusing!)

Thanks again for organising the trip for us. We are hoping that we can get you to help us to organise another one very soon!

Dear Mr Minamino,

I would like to write to say how impressed I was with the service I received for JTB. Pre arranging my transfers to and from Narita made my travel very relaxed.

I was in time to catch the early bus from the airport giving me additional time in Tokyo. I was extra delighted with my transfer back to the airport. The taxi company picked me up from my hotel, arriving early, car was super clean and the drive was excellent. Please pass on my appreciation for a wonderful service all round. I will certainly do the same for my next visit to Tokyo.

Everything went so smoothly

Hi Kathy,

How have you been? Just want to thank you for having organised such a great trip to Japan for us again!

Everything went so smoothly , this time, we specially enjoyed the stay in hotels as the breakfast was 100 times better than the youth hostel ones.

We didn’t need to carry luggage as often as we used to, what a relief! For our next trip, I hope we can keep the same arragement for hotels and etc.

We were treated as VIP in the school, did our visit much longer than expected as the principal kept taking numerous photos and taking us to many venues.

Our girls enjoyed Onsen and shopping so much. We were all tired, but safe!

I would have liked to have dinner with the group on the last night or lunch time or coffee?
The tour guides were excellent – very helpful + informative. Perhaps a live theatre performance instead of one of the other activities?

Fabulous Trip

Dear Yoko-san

I hope you are well. The trip was fabulous. I had a very enjoyable time. Everything went well, the food was delicious and the hot springs were soothing. I had no problems driving in Hokkaido and saw a fox, deer and squirrels.

It was very hot though.

I did see the Hiroshima vs Yokohama game and enjoyed it very much. It was nice on hot summer’s evening. (Yokohama won by 1 run)
