The whole tour was so well organised

Friday, October 4th, 2013

Dear Olivia,
We were wondering if you could pass on our sincere thanks to Takeda-san in Sapporo.  The whole tour was so well organised and everything ran smoothly.  The Aspen Hotel in Sapporo is a wonderful base and the banquet dinner last night was superb.  Takeda-san, in particular, went to so much trouble to make sure that those with special diets were so well catered for.
We really appreciate the effort put in by everyone at JTB to make this tour so enjoyable.
Thank you Olivia, Takeda-san and tour facilitator extraordinaire Michiko Suzuki. What a team you are!
If there is any feedback needed for any part of the tour, we’d be happy to oblige.

Thank you so much,
Lorraine and Ron

Your advice was invaluable

I am writing to thank Eri Tamai for her professional help with our bookings to Japan (January 2013).

We travelled with our family,  a group of 17. Eri’s patience, assistance and advise was invaluable.
Everything went to plan, from excellent hotels, chartered bus from Sapporo to Saharo.  We had some tight connections, and having the printout of the train/ferry timetables was of great assistance.
Japan, is an efficient, wonderful country to visit.
We have travelled to many parts of the world, and would thoroughly recommend Japan as a travel destination. We found JTB one of the most professional travel organisation we have used. Well done Eri.

Yours sincerely
Diana

Everything went without a Hitch

Thursday, May 31st, 2012
Hi Noriko,

Thank you very much for your contribution to our long awaited return to Japan.  Everything went without a hitch, and whilst we couldn’t do the trip down to Hiroshima this time, it was a wonderful visit yet again.

We spent 8 days in Sapporo with the family, (we hadn’t seen the kids for almost four years), then overnight in Hakkodate, down to Sendai where we were treated to a traditional sashimi dinner at a beautiful restaurant with nine old friends, all of whom had been terribly affected by the Earthquake/Tsunami.

They’re tough people,  and they’re recovering amazingly well.

The cherry blossoms were in full bloom in Hokkaido because it had been so cold so late.  We had one day where it was Minus One Degree – a little hard to take after an Australian summer.

I have hundreds of photo’s, and once I’ve had time to sort them out, I will send you some.

Many thanks again,

John and Sue

PS:  We are hoping to return to Japan  in October for two weeks (if finances allow), so expect to hear from us again soon.

We were very pleased with the services offered

Dear Olivia,

I know that Lorraine has already sent you an e-mail describing how well the trip around Hokkaido has gone. We fully endorse her comments!

In addition, we want to let you know that the arrangements that you made for us personally – JAL trips between Osaka Kansei and Sapporo Chitose, and overnight accommodation at the Bellevue Garden Kansei Airport Hotel – all went according to plan. We were very pleased with the services offered and would like to that you for making the arrangements and helping to make our trip a great and memorable success :-)

Kind Regards,
Eileen and Mike
