Just wanted to pass on some feedback about one of your consultants from the Melbourne Office. Antonia Watson. She has been so incredibly helpful to me and to my clients. I’ve not yet had the chance to experience Japan for myself so to have somebody as knowledgeable and helpful as Antonia is, is incredible.
She has been able to give me so much information and insider tips about different parts of Japan, that I’ve been able to pass on to my customers. Since I first spoke with her about Japan, I have had some amazing successes talking to customers of Flight Centre about travelling to Japan whereas before I had spoken with Antonia, I definitely struggled with selling and talking about Japan.
I have another three customers interested in japan travel now and I will definitely be emailing Antonia for her help when these traveler’s have an itinerary planned.
Please thank her for me. I will always highly recommend JTB whenever I have customers and even personal friends wanting to visit Japan. She is definitely a great asset to the JTB team
