Absolute pleasure dealing with Beth

Dear Clement

I wanted to send a quick e-mail, to relay what an absolute pleasure it has been dealing with Beth Clarke.

She has recently assisted me with a reservation and I have found her to offer exceptional service. She has been so helpful and so prompt with everything I have requested. She has made a very rushed reservation (that I was panicking about) smooth and easy.

I wanted to send this message because I feel too often people are quick to complain but when someone deserves praise for excellent service and does a great job – no one comments.

I tried a few suppliers for this reservation, but Beth was so great that I didn’t even consider dealing with the others after her great upfront service.

I will certainly be using JTB again after seeing what great service levels I receive. A huge thank you to Beth, she is a huge asset to your company.

I wanted to send an email to let you know how much I appreciate the great service I have received from Madalyn McCandless over the last few months. I have made two bookings with her this year and have been liaising with her over the emails to make additions and changes. One client was particularly difficult adding and removing the same elements from the package multiple times.
Madalyn has always given me prompt and efficient service and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. It has all been such a smooth process and I appreciate her great service immensely and wanted to let you know you have a great asset there.

Dear Minji,

I am writing to let you know I had a wonderful time in Japan. I am very grateful to you and your colleagues at JTB for arranging my trip in less than 48-hours!
By helping me check in on line – the process was quick at the airport and I only had one query regarding my passport due to expire soon.

Travelling from Tokyo by Shinkansen then bus to Hakuba is the best and quickest way to get there (3-hrs with good connections). The snow was great – but I could not ski x2 days as they closed the mountain due to the wind. I used my 5-day JR pass to go to Matsumoto to see the castle. There are free community bicycles – a great way to get around.

The Royal Hakuba Hotel is well positioned. Whilst the rooms need updating, they are very big and the windows allow for a great view of the mountains. I loved their outdoor Onsen!
The food was EXCELLENT and I was surprised there was so much included in my package. I had sushi, sashimi, and a variety of shabu-shabu every night – almost too much!
Kyoshi-san is the guest relations person and speaks good English. He and the other staff did everything possible to make theirs guest stay enjoyable -4-star ****
