Appreciate your product knowledge and care you took

Hi Chris

Just wanted to take a moment to say “thank you” for all your help and guidance with this recent booking. The clients had a most amazing time!  They loved all the accom – especially the Kanazawa property you recommended: Hakuchoro Hotel Sanruku.  Note about Naoshima: they said they’d stay on the island next time, instead of visiting as a day trip from Okayama due to insufficient time. All tours were excellent. Everything else worked perfectly. Once again, thank you Chris, it was wonderful to work with you on this file and I really appreciated your product knowledge and the care you took with the arrangements.
