We have just returned and it was a wonderful holiday. Despite the Kansai Airport closure at the start, we thoroughly enjoyed our time.

The Osaka accommodation was a bit cramped but the the Kyoto and Hakone stays were luxurious.  All the Hotels were in great locations!

The Tokyo Panoramic Tour was well worth it but it rained on our Kyoto 1 Day Tour – the tour guides were excellent on both.

And the Drum Tao performance was great to experience.

Hi Ayumi, thank you for all your help with our Japan holiday , it was fantastic , the 14 day green rail pass , perfect.  Hotels were great, except for the one in Osaka..very small room , very basic amenities.. but its redeeming factor was that it was very close to the station and dining, shops under ground … Best hotel was the Sheraton, Hiroshima.  Keio plaza in Tokyo was excellent also … all your instructions were great …we visited many palaces and shrines.  Takayama was a lovely sleepy village, great old traditional Japanese homes we visited.  Great weathe .. rained only 3 out of the 12 days.. but that didn’t stop us from going out.. raincoat on , weather was still warm .

So 99% we enjoyed it thoroughly

Just a note to say that all has gone extremely well, walking, accommodation, logistics, everything, and again thank you so much for your tireless efforts to sort my itinerary.

I’ve really enjoyed everything and particularly the food. I have to keep walking so I can keep eating the excellent meals I’ve been presented with morning, noon and night. I’ve feasted like a queen.

Weather has not interfered to date so hopefully Japan has a break from typhoons, rain and heat (although it has been hot and a bit stormy around Hongu).

On behalf of my family I am just writing to thank JTB for organising our holiday to Japan that we returned from last week.   it was the most incredible experience where we travelled through an amazing country, immersing ourselves in the incredible culture and seeing some historic and beautiful sights.

The hotels that we stayed at, which were recommended were perfect for our needs, close to transport and places to eat and comfortable after a long day of exploring and the Japan Rail Pass was used to on many occasions and was so handy when we were travelling.

All our flights, day trips and everything else you organised worked out fantastically.

I would specifically like to thank Juliana Lee, who I dealt with through the whole booking process for her patience when arranging this holiday and for her professionalism, friendliness and first class service that she provided.

Juliana is a credit to your organisation and I would recommend her and your company to anyone wishing to arrange at trip to Japan.

Happy Friday Tony,

I just wanted to let you know that Chris has been very helpful and wonderful with my booking.

As I had to change my itinerary partially in Scandinavia due to the change of Itinerary in Russia.

When I called him this morning, he said he had urgent things to do and flat out so I told him not to worry about it but still he managed to go through my enquiry so I would like to big praise for him,  he is excellent travel agent.

I have just returned from Greece but before that spent time in Japan on the 21 rail tour and extra time in Tokyo. Just wanted to say I had a great time. Everything was perfectly organised: the hotels, the tours the guide, the Nikko tour. I loved Japan and will definitely go back again. Returned a week ago as scheduled from the Japan trip. Thank you from the four of us for your organising, all arrangements made were good, no hiccups , the location of the Century Southern Tower Hotel at Shinjuku was sensational. Rail trips were excellent, Shinkansen to Hakodate was very luxurious/impressive & the Limited Express from Hakodate to Sapporo gave a great opportunity to observe the coastline.

Just wanted to take a moment to say “thank you” for all your help and guidance with this recent booking. The clients had a most amazing time!  They loved all the accom – especially the Kanazawa property you recommended: Hakuchoro Hotel Sanruku.  Note about Naoshima: they said they’d stay on the island next time, instead of visiting as a day trip from Okayama due to insufficient time. All tours were excellent. Everything else worked perfectly. Once again, thank you Chris, it was wonderful to work with you on this file and I really appreciated your product knowledge and the care you took with the arrangements.

from the whole group they said everything was perfect and loved all the accomodation, tours and the fact that when it says 8minutes walk from the hotel to station that is exactly what it was.

I am so thrilled to hear how much the guides and transfer companies went out of their way fro my very important customers. They even said that the transfer lady who took them from the ship to the train station waited with them for two hours until the train arrived and looked after their luggage whilst they went to get coffee. Please send on a special thank you to this driver.

Absolutely everything was perfect Mt Fuji even came out for them (second time around as they missed it on the first time they passed it)

I am sorry it had taken us so long to contact you. Our family wishes to say thank you for your wonderful assistance with our family holiday to Japan in December 2017. 

We had a wonderful 3 week holiday in Japan travelling from  Myoko to Osaka, Kyoto and finally Tokyo. 

We had a wonderful time in Japan and enjoyed Christmas with my brother and sister in law, as well as my parents.

Tour organisation of our Japan rail passes, Ghibli Museum, Disneysea and Universal Studio passes made our holiday easy to navigate, and we have have recommended you personally to several friends also travelling to Japan.

The Ghibli museum and Universal studios Wizarding World if Harry Potter we’re favourites with our family. 

We would like your managers to know how much your assistance and knowledge were appreciated. We would like you to send this email to your managers so that your assistance is acknowledged.
