Hello Miyuki,

I am sorry it had taken us so long to contact you. Our family wishes to say thank you for your wonderful assistance with our family holiday to Japan in December 2017. 

We had a wonderful 3 week holiday in Japan travelling from  Myoko to Osaka, Kyoto and finally Tokyo. 

We had a wonderful time in Japan and enjoyed Christmas with my brother and sister in law, as well as my parents.

Tour organisation of our Japan rail passes, Ghibli Museum, Disneysea and Universal Studio passes made our holiday easy to navigate, and we have have recommended you personally to several friends also travelling to Japan.

The Ghibli museum and Universal studios Wizarding World if Harry Potter we’re favourites with our family. 

We would like your managers to know how much your assistance and knowledge were appreciated. We would like you to send this email to your managers so that your assistance is acknowledged. 

When we travel to Japan again we will definately be contacting you for assistance and have recommended you personally to friends.
