JTB's service was of the highest standard

Dear Renee, We arrived home safely from the 2014 Japan tour this morning and I wanted to let you know that it was a resounding success. This was the first time we had organised our tour through JTB and I was extremely impressed with the wonderful quality of your service. Every arrangement that JTB made for our group was of the highest standard. The transfers, the guides, the hotels, the tours and the bookings were exactly what was required to make an outstanding educational experience for our 22 students.
