Many thanks for the altered confirmation slip for the Sunrise Tours - much appreciated.
I have also received the vouchers for the transfer - lucky they came today as we go out on Sunday - so everything is in order.
I would like to say a very sincere thank you for all of the trouble you have gone to adjusting the hotels/tours etc - following the mistake we made with the date of arrival.
The service we have received throughout making all these arrangements has been exceptional.
