I want to pass on some excellent feedback from my clients, Mr and Mrs Ross Potter, who have just returned from the tour and stopover booked through you.
I appreciate your efforts, and will continue to support JTB wherever possible.
Here it is:
Hotel accommodation in Seoul was very good and we liked the location. The days tours were very good, all on time to pick us up at the hotel etc. Transfers to and from airport went well too. Just an amazing place to visit.
The JTB tour of Japan was excellent. The tour escort Maya Mizuno was very good. She went out of her way to make sure we got the most out of Japan. There were 21 on the tour and we all got on well. The tour information had said there was a lot of walking (plus climbing) and they were right. Everyone of us kept up the pace which was good! (the tour escorts can certainly walk fast) Denise if you didn’t do a lot of walking, I think you would struggle with this tour. The hotel accommodation and all meals were very good. No problem with transfer in Tokyo and also from Kyoto to Osaka (Kansai Airport).
The Ryokan we stayed in Kyoto after the tour was perfect. We just got a taxi from the Hotel to the Ryokan. The only thing that we didn’t have was the breakfast as we got picked up for the airport at 6.35am and breakfast was from 7am (served in your room) The whole experience was just great, with the tea at 4pm and then dinner served at 7pm and then the furton beds out. Staff in traditional clothes, the slippers for indoor and outdoor, slippers in the toilet, the wooden bath/shower was the only western thing.
