DAY 1 Osaka – Mt Koya
Nankai Namba Station (Osaka) to Koyasan
Travel by train from Osaka to Koyasan.
Sightseeing at Mt. Koya
Travel around at your own leisure. You will be provided with discount coupons for various admission fees and a Mt. Koya (Koyasan) bus pass. Feel free to visit Okuno-in (mausoleum of Kukai) and Danjogaran, the heartland of Mt. Koya.
1 Night Temple Lodging
Your accommodation will be one of the 3 temple stays – Henjoko-in Temple, Eko-in Temple, or Tentoku-in. Enjoy a Buddhist vegetarian dinner and breakfast during your stay.
DAY 2 Mt Koya – Osaka
Sightseeing at Mt. Koya
Free day until departure back to Osaka.
Koyasan to Nankai Namba Station (Osaka)
Travel by train from Koyasan to Osaka.
