Many thanks for all the documents – hopefully our insurer will accept our claim. The trip was great with the highlight being the time at the Yamanaka hot springs – I used the indoor & outdoor onsens which were fantastic with the river running nearby & the meals at the Kisshotel were fabulous. A great place to relax – next time we go to Japan I will definitely spend min 2 nights at this place.
