Thoroughly professional job!

Hi Olivia, Just a quick note to say thank you for your wonderful organisation on this tour. Everything went like clockwork and it was a stress free holiday (for those that did not lose their Rail pass and possibly with the exception of Jeff who got allocated the role of mother) The coach drivers and guides there were faultless. Well done on a thoroughly professional job! Mark p.s. I love Japan I will remember JTB for the next trip!
